1. What it covers
1.1A Production License covers what the Merchant License leaves out: more than 120 prints of a Design per year, print farms, production for wholesale, supply to retailers, and moulds, casting or injection moulding.
1.2It can cover chosen Designs or the whole catalogue, and it can be exclusive for a territory or a period, if that is agreed.
2. How it is agreed
2.1Every Production License is agreed individually and in writing (email is enough). The agreement names the Designs, the production methods, the volume, the territory, the term and the fee.
2.2Until the agreement is signed, the uses in 1.1 are not licensed.
3. What always applies
3.1The files are never shared or passed on. Contract manufacturers named in the agreement may use them only for your production.
3.2No copies or remakes of the Designs, no use of Glintworks photos, renders, name or logo to sell your items, and no use of the files or the Designs to train AI.
3.3You are the manufacturer of what you produce and responsible for its safety and for the rules that apply to it.
