Personal Use License

1.1Personal use license: you may use these files for personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.2You may print, cut or build the design as often as you like for yourself, and give the finished items away as gifts.

1.3You may change the files for your own use.

1.4Files you got as a Patreon member stay usable under this license after your membership ends.

2.1You may not share, sell, upload or pass on the digital files in any other way, in whole or in part. This includes changed, converted or remixed versions.

2.2You may not sell items made from these files, or offer them in exchange for money or services. Selling needs a merchant license from Glintworks. To get one, message us through the shop you bought from.

2.3You may not scan, photograph or otherwise copy a print to recreate the design as a new file.

2.4You may not use the files, or pictures of them, to train AI. Glintworks reserves its rights against text and data mining (§ 42h UrhG).

3.1Please don't present the design as your own. When you share photos of your prints, mention Glintworks.

3.2The design stays protected by copyright and design rights, which remain with Glintworks.

4.1If you share the files or sell prints, this license ends.

4.2Later versions of these terms never take away rights you already had when you got the files.

5.1Your statutory warranty rights apply. If a file is faulty, message us and we will fix or replace it.

5.2Print results depend on your printer, material and settings. Glintworks is not liable for failed prints or material costs caused by them. Liability for personal injury, for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and under product liability law remains unaffected.
